I was wonder if you could give me a hand. I have a project in my business class about how the medical system works in the states. I was wondering if you could give me your perspective on how salary, capitation and fee for service effects your actions and the patients.

Yeah, I'd be happy give you some input when I have a moment. Hopefully sometime this weekend.
As to whether or not this new world is more beautiful, only time, and perspective, will tell. At moments, this one we have still takes my breath away...and then I hear her breathing.

How was your Thanksgiving? Where were you for the festivities?
David ran the Turkey Trot... he came in 53rd at 41minutes plus some seconds. He did great!
